1.What is your minimum order? Generally our MOQ is 100 pcs each style to fill a container, but if first cooperation , we allow trial order for 50pcs each .

 

2.what trade terms do you usually use? We often use FOB, but if you have better suggestion, we are pleasured to consider that.

 

3.What is your payment term? Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery or L/C at sight for the container order.

 

4.How long will it take to produce an order? It is at least 40-50days for purchasing and production time with container order and about a week for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.

 

5.Do We do customers' design? Customers' design is warmly welcome. Of course, it's our responsibility to protect your designs, arrange our powerful design group to make samples for you and try our best to meet your demand.

 

6. Is the sample for free or not? If making for our regular customers ,which are free. but for new clients, if only less than 3 pics , we are also pleasured to offer free samples for you.

 

7. Can I get a price discount if I order in large quantities? Yes, this is according to your quantity.

 

8.How do you guarantee the quality of the products? We have a strong QC group and system, Both in Material purchasing , semi-finished product checking , in production , and in finished items,they always control each part quality and details, such as , checking color is right, size and style is ok, also confirming edges of items all all slick, no hurt . Try our best to ensure all items are all well and safe for customers.

 

9.How do you pack the products? As packaging, it is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy. Our general packing , if plaque , we will use cardboard to protect each edge of items, then wrap with bubble bag into carton, protected by poly foam. If required using white or color box , we will adding that as inner box. In a word, we will do best to ensure items are safe reaching customers.

 

10.How are the orders shipped? By sea. We arrange cargo to port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer)
